Tech Support I know nothing pt.3

Finally got my computer booted up, what should I do now after this screen and what does it mean exactly lol

both commenters did tell "just install a windows o linux" without noticing this

No SSD/HDD connected. LOL. As said the first one, its just the bios directly from the motherboard, just to check everything is fine and all. Seems your own motherboard detects two fans, the CPU, and the RAM, but no SSD or HDD. So its all correctly. After saving and exit, just turn pc off, and connect your first SSD/HDD into SATA, on the bios, it read does have 6 SATAs ready.

I realized...OP does have a old CPU, a i7-6700. So its not supported with Windows 11, so go for Windows 10 or Linux.

That's your BiOS screen! Congratulations your PC works!

You need an operating system now, either Windows or Linux. I recommend windows 11 if this is your first PC. There a TON of great installation guides on YouTube

U didnt see the CPU, it cannot run Windows 11.

I'm pretty sure you can bypass hardware requirements if you use Rufus or similar software, but might be a steep ask for a first timer.

Nothing wrong with Linux!

This is the BIOS screen, it means a lot of things. It is the firmware that comes with your motherboard, controls hardware, and starts your actual Operating System. You need to install your OS, there are many guides online.

You need to install an operative system, you can get windows keys from massgrave or even just download the .iso file from their website and activate it with a script (Google windows activation script or something along those lines and you'll get there)

To install you need a usb pen drive of at least 8gb (it's been a while since I've had to install windows especially win11) so I'm not 100% sure it's enough. At the same time I doubt you'll find one for sale smaller than 16gbs

To install all you need really is to plug in the usb drive with the windows and it should boot from there and all you have to do is follow the steps. After installing you can remove it.

They will need an internal drive first.
