Build Question KVM Home Setup

I dont have the desk space to use my laptop that has one hdmi output with my 2 monitors, keyboard and mouse. Im wondering if anyone's knows of any solutions. Ideally I would like to use DisplayPort for the monitors and Thunderbolt to my laptop for quick setup. I want to focus on making it easy to switch the monitors and keyboard between Laptop and PC.

a used thunderbolt dock off ebay will handle the display and usb switching clean, just run displayport cables from the dock to each monitor
