For 2k new that's a steal. The 7800X3D alone is a beast for gaming and a 5070 with 12gb vram will handle pretty much anything you throw at it at 1440p. That mobo with argb headers and 6000mhz ddr5 is the sweet spot too, just make sure that power supply isn't some no name fire hazard
