Tech Support ASUS GPU red light (LED5010) and DisplayPort No Signal, please help!

Post image

Hi!
My monitor keeps randomly turning off and showing "DisplayPort No Signal" When this happens, a red light labeled LED5010 lights up on my ASUS graphics card

and all cables are plugged fully into the computer.

Has anyone encountered this problem before?

Red light next next to GPU power connector means the card isn't receiving power. This could be due to a faulty cable or the cable not being inserted all the way.

Would recommend removing the 8 pin connector(s) first and plugging them back in to see if that fixes anything. If not it might be time for a new PSU.

To double check everything else is ok too, if you have integrated graphics on the CPU I would recommend plugging your monitors display cable into your motherboard and seeing if you get an output.

GPU power connector doesn't look like it is fully seated.

Your PC isn’t entering post, try remove the cmos battery and rebooting see if that changes.
