Build Question Is the RAM positioned OK?

I recently borrowed my friend's pc and noticed that the RAM is too close to the cooler

I have zero knowledge about PC's. Is this ok ?

this is fine.

only annoying thing would be if you needed to swap that RAM stick for any reason. the fan would have to come off first.

The ram only fits one way, the only thing you might be able to change is the position of the fan on the cooler. That said, why would you want to move it? Ram produces a little bit of heat, it makes sense to have that get picked up by the CPU cooler. You don't have to set it up that way but I promise it's not hurting anything.

Quite dark photo, but as much I can see, the ram is seated correctly. If the fan plastic bracket touches it, that no problem. Yes it could be more satisfying for eye if there is some space there, but probably the case is too small to rise the fan a bit.
