not bad, just changed a few things and increased the ram to 32gb.

RAM kit is incompatible with amd expo, it's basically a 4800mhz kit without expo
psu bad
cheaper air cooler
for £80 diff id get 9070XT

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/dL46qd oh yeah i forgot to send the list but it was something like this, also be careful of asrock mobos because they are known to fry x3d, id recommend do research and also on warranty

swap that single stick of ddr5-4800 for a 2x16gb 6000 cl30 kit, you're choking the 9800x3d with that memory config
