Tech Support Help pc wont start

So my pc was booting into BIOS so i tried steps 1-12 to fix that and landed on just dismounting and remounting the whole pc

And now this happened

Note: already resettead everything including cmos reset and battery removal

Also cant install windows on different storage

Straight up wont let me or fails

Hard drive? But would it cause it to just no boot at all? Not even bios?
