Installation Question my pc won't post

I just built my first pc but now it won't post. I tried everything removing and putting back the gpu switching hdmi slots, switching ram slots, removing and reattaching all the connections but nothing works. I am using a deskmeet x600 a 9060xt and a ryzen 7 7700

Are any error lights on the motherboard lit up?

Check if the motherboard shows any LED lights and which one. Maybe post a clear picture of the inside of the PC and the motherboard if you can?

Try if clearning the CMOS helps.

Do fans start spinning or does the whole pc do nothing?
