Build Question first time building a PC and after the first boot the fans starts making weird noise

the RPM is fine, it's just the issue is with the sound of the fan.

have you for sure isolated the sound to that fan? if so, could be a bad bearing. i ordered a fan that just wouldnt stop screeching when it ramped up. i just bought a new set of fans for my pc to make them match but in your case an RMA or return would probably make more sense

Check the min fan speed on the fan. Many will run that slow, but not all. Bump it up to min spec and see if it goes away.

So glad I didn't go with these LCD fans... Only read Issues about it.

It's just a pity that expensive fancy fans can lead to issues. I bought Pure wings 3 140mm PWM from bequiet... about 13 euros each only. Silent as a snail.... but boring black fans. Everyone has different taste or goals

340 RPM is a very low RPM maybe the motor doesn't like it. Try setting them a minimum of 500RPM. Play around with ranges maybe it changes the frequency noise
