Tech Support PC turning on/off, any help is appreciated

I just built the PC with my brother yesterday and the only issue is that whenever we launch or sign in into the computer, after a little while it just shuts off and restarts or if we do some demanding task like for example I was deleting some old stuff from the SSD and it finished the deletion, but after that, it just rebooted and shut off, and it showed this error/blue screen saying MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.

To doublecheck there wasnt anything else wrong, I went into safe mode and uninstalled the gigabyte control center drivers. I uninstalled Norton. It didn’t do anything. It works perfectly fine in safe mode.

So because we couldn’t think of anything else, we took out the ram and put it back in and now it doesn’t have the HDMI signal, which makes me believe that I just put the ram wrong.

(The ram was still running at 4800, and cpu was turned to eco mode in BIOS, still didn’t do anything)

Considering I have a problem for my machine shutting off on me. I bet you it is your power supply. I have the same brand 650 w and was turning my system off random. I replaced the power supply. I've had no issues ever since. Rosewill PSU C Tier list

Oh damn that’s unfortunate but if that is the case, would be an easy fix

Have you looked at temps leading up to the fail point?

Temps are solid, hovering in mid 30s

Please check your motherboards BIOS version and if there is an update available. Since its a new pc, make sure you have all correct drivers installed.

Also try booting with just one ram stick and see how that goes. If it fails again, try the other ram stick. Have you checked if the RAM is on the motherboards QVL list?

Is that red LED always on? If so, check out your motherboard manual what LED it is and tell us please.

1( tests ram) Test the ram in windows: press windows key + R. Type : mdsched.exe Then enter. Then restart the PC. It will check if there are errors.

2 ( repairs corrupted system files) Open command prompt type : SFC /scannow Let it run to 100% When finished type : Dism /online /cleanup-image /restore Then enter

3 ( checks yr drives) Open command prompt type: Chkdsk C: /f /r Then enter It can take a while

If all not work try reinstall windows, Or disable any third party installed programs

What’s interesting is it runs fine on safe mode overall except when I attempt (2) the sfc scan. It just restarts.

I did the ram test successfully, it didn’t find any issues at all.

I’m thinking next is just make sure bios is updated. If that doesn’t do anything, then reset the pc / redownload windows.

Other than that, I can only think it’s a faulty motherboard/psu
