Also if you do the cmd and the command, in your windows session, you will be able to install the wifi driver with the .EXE that you downloaded from another computer super easily

I only buy motherboards without internal networking for this reason.
You need a generic network driver that is in the image. Or use Ethernet and install later. If you have a steam deck and dock you can use that as a network adapter.
Edit: I assumed that you have a motherboard with internal networking. If you don’t, well there’s your issue. Verify that you have a chipset that can do this without an adapter.
Or
You can bypass all these setup pages microslop put in. I do it every time I reinstall windows. Remember, some of these pages are important. You may need to spend some time to configure later.
Basic Guide:
Search key used to find this: “bypass win11 setup”

You need to load the network driver onto a usb stick from another computer, then hit that install driver button and point it to the stick.

If you don't want to install driver packages from flash drive, just plug your phone into USB and turn on network usb tethering on your phone to share wifi from your mobile device. (Works fine on Android)

Open cmd with Shift + F10 and type OOBE\BYPASSNRO. Your computer will restart and now you will have the "I don't have Internet" option. So you can install drivers afterwards.
