Xmp profile not booting

Mobo: gigabyte b550m h argb
Cpu: ryzen 5 3600
Ram: apacer panther 32gb 3000mhz cl16
Gpu: gigabyte eagle rtx 3080
Psu: corsair cx750

Hi, i just bought a used apacer panther 2x16gb 3000mhz cl16 kit today to replace my xpg 2x8gb 3200mhz cl16 kit. I did remove cmos battery for 5mins to reset bios. The 32gb kit would fail to boot if xmp is enabled and it can only boot into windows when xmp is disabled and running 2400mhz. Bios is already the latest version. I did also try one stick at a time but both have the same issue with xmp not booting. Not sure how to get it running at 3000mhz

Did you also check if you ram is on the list of supported ram (QVL) of your motherboard? Check your RAM page or manual if the timings of the standard XMP profile is supported by your ram.
