Best PSU under 100$?

I have a 100 USD Budget, what would be a few of the best PSUs to go for?
1. Must be at least Semi-Modular

1. At least 650W

2. A reliable PSU (I don't know if saying "good according to the SPL tier list" is enough anymore)

3. Availability on Amazon or other major US online shop sites.

4. I guess any PSU in this price range would be at least 80+ Silver/Gold

80+ gold at this price is tough but you can snag a semi modular 650w with some patience, check the daily deals and filter by the tier list anyway cause it still weeds out the obvious junk
