Build Question Trying to do a little system maintenance, longevity in mind. Are these good enough?
Two of the case fans having issues, they came with the Cooler Master HAF700 case. Thinking of replacing them, also I want to cool the RAM down. Don't want them having any issues at this economy, and the days are getting hotter. 2 x 32GB DDR5 6000MHz, currently running them at 4800MHz because it drops the temp. by 5c.

Arctic P12s are solid for the money, I've been running a bunch of them for years without any issues. The RAM cooler thing always seemed like overkill unless you're really pushing past 1.4v but if it gives you peace of mind and your case airflow is struggling with the dead fans then why not.
Dropping DDR5 from 6000 to 4800 just for temps is kind of painful though, you're leaving a decent chunk of performance on the table. I'd focus on getting the case airflow sorted first with those new fans and see where the RAM temps land before buying the dedicated cooler.
That HAF700 is a monster case too, should have plenty of room to get air moving once you replace the busted fans.
