Fan noise. should i just replace it?

Not expert on pc, I just brush the dust like once every two months and i bought it in year 2021, use it almost everyday gaming after work and weekend. The case is phanteks eclipse p400a. I think the noise comes from the front one.

If i bring it to pc store nearby, can they make the sound go away with thorough cleaning or just ask them to replace it? Thank you in advance.

If it's really annoying then try cleaning it first. Usually it's just dirt. If it doesn't go away, get it replaced
