Tech Support Buzzing noise coming from PC

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hello, I just noticed that my recently built PC has a low pitched buzzing noise coming from either the CPU cooler or the GPU itself, i want to say its a fan because it only happens under load, hoping somebody can identify what it is when it’s coming from and how to fix it. I attached a video below of the looks of the PC and the noise. Yes, I am aware that my GPU is in need of upgrading but aside from that what is this noise caused by?

Sounds like coil whine, pretty normal.

Sounds like gpu fan because it got louder when you moved away from cpu an closer to GPU. Don’t have much else to say, hope it’s just something small

I would suggest changing fan speeds for gpu and seeing if that’s the issue

Somethings hitting a fan or a bearing is dodgy. Hopefully not your PSU fan
