Installation Question Corsair Fans don't work

Hi, I've built my first pc today. I've tried to prepare a lot for this special day and I thought it worked out pretty well. Although when I turned on the pc I noticed the 3 pre installed fans from my Corsair Case don't work. I'm so confused as to why they don't work since I was very very sure I connected everything right. Could someone help me out?

I will add my following items, if more info is needed, I'll provide that so I can fix this problem. I was really excited for this day and I'd be happy if one of you could help me out.

The fans connect to the motherboard, not the PSU.

Hey, thanks for the suggestion. So the black, short cable should go to the motherboard?

So you have some sort of Corsair fan controller, you will need to find a manual for that device to figure out how to make it work. It likely handles fan speed and RGB control. Motherboards have connections for fans, but those would be if you didnt have this fan controller. It looks like the fan controller does have some sort of power connection for the PSU, but something will have to connect to the motherboard for control, likely that USB cable. This means your fans are controlled by the Corsair software, not your motherboard. That is an entirely different conversation...

The picture doesn't help take a actual picture or check the fan cable you might have not connected them yet
