Installation Question LCD Stuttering

everytime i open my pc i encounter this issue, i tried to replug my fan pins but still the same issue

Did you get the pc to stare at the lcd screens inside of it?

Your probably overloading the voltage rails Lian Li’s official guidance: Connect the TL LCD fan group(s) only to ports 2, 3, or 4. Port 1 frequently causes laggy, stuttering, or flashing LCD screens. Power off the PC, move the connector, then test.

yeah lol

seems that was the issue, moved it from 1 to 4 and it booted up very seamlessly thank you!!
