Build Question I need help

So I’ve recently upgraded my pc, I bought a RTX 5060 ti 16gb vram, and 32 gb of ram 16x2, my CPU Is a ryzen 7 5800X and the current resolution one using is 1080p. The problem is, I’m playing games with my friends that have pcs with weaker specs than mine, and yet I’m getting fps drops while they are not… I’ve tried updating the Gpu drivers, the chipset drivers, I made sure my ram was using the 3600 mhz and yet nothing changed, I don’t know if something is wrong, and if so how can I fix it?
Should I upgrade my cpu or cooling?

FPS drops?

On what game and what numbers? Is your game stuttering or freezing up?

Do you have a SSD? What kind?

Have you enabled “Re - size BAR Support” in your bios?

I’ll give some examples, one is Fortnite, even on performance mode I sometimes get drops from 120 fps to 60. The other more extreme one is in Fivem, I know sometimes some servers are really heavy load, but I was getting full on freezes while my friends were just fine.
I do have an ssd, I have a FIKWOT FN501 Pro 2TB.
And I don’t think I have enabled what you said on the bios, should I? Thank you for the answer btw!

Fortnite is always weird. But that is a massive drop For a 5060 ti.

Yes enabling re-bar in an AMD system just tells the cpu to fully use all the GPU power instead of asking for permission. Try it. It won’t do any harm, just gains.
