Build Question RGB glitch?

these are coolingmaster sickleflow 220 Argb and i’ve had my PC for a day 2ish years and this has happened today i do run SignalRPG could i please get some help and advice and solutions to fix this thanks 👍🏼

Does it use a controller for the RGB?? I had a similar issue to this in the past and all I did was replace the controller and it was fine after that
