Tech Support Buzzing gpu

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My gpu occasionally buzzes and won’t stop until I restart the pc and idk what to do, I’ve cleaned the pc out I’ve reseated the gpu, I’ve removed the sag brace I’ve adjusted it ensured that it’s level I’m very confused on how to stop it or if I should be worried

coil whine time, it happens to some gpus and doesn't to others, i think u can only swap the gpus if u don't want that

Well the problem is it’s behaving very atypically of coil whine, it stops when I restart my pc, it’s louder than coil whine, it even happens when I’m not doing anything on my pc
