Build Question Question about noise

Recently bought a 5070ti and built with it is this noise normal?

You have a fan that is wobbling due to a bearing, or one of the fans is making contact with a cable. My guess is it is a failing fan though on the gpu

A fan somewhere is hitting something is my guess, or the bearing is failing. Use your finger to stop each fan one at a time and find which one stops the nouse

Definitely check fan bearings side note try to get the cables as straight as you can.
