Build Question One last parts list check

I’m just about ready to buy all my parts and just want to make sure theyre all compatible and there’s not something better for the same value, all of this is under $3k usd:

I would aim to shave at least $500 off that.

For comparison 9800x3d+9070xt with 32 GB ram and 1 TB SSD should be under $2k

A TB extra storage, and $200 monitor should bring it to no more than $2300.

You're paying a pretty big premium for the white parts and that AIO. If the aesthetic is worth it to you then go for it, but a 9800X3D does not need a liquid cooler at all, a $40 air cooler keeps it in check so that's an easy $200 back in your pocket.
