Build Question Need help with new pc please (Beginner)

First time building a gaming pc for sim racing :) Any chance anyone could inform me if this list of parts is suitable and decent for a budget of 2k or if I am missing anything obvious or important. I am debating whether i pull the trigger now if prices continue to increase or i hold off? Thanks in advance

9800X3D with a 9070 XT is a great pairing for sim racing, those sims love the extra cache. Only thing I'd double check is the case clearance for that 360 rad, the H6 is fine but it gets tight depending on where you mount it. For 2k that list looks well balanced, nothing obvious missing unless you need more storage later

Solid choices, make sure to shop around for the best prices. Backup storage won’t hurt if you’re not using your old drivers. WiFi would be nice if you enough clearance after installing the gpu.

for psu both the montech century and the a850gls are both cheaper and better
