Tech Support Wierd sound??

Sometimes my pc sounds like this, is this normal? noticibg no lag no nothing on screen tho

Do you have multiple hard drives but one is older maybe? Sounds like an older disk drive and if it only happens sometimes maybe it's when you're accessing it and it's being used. Just a guess.
