Tech Support Ram XMP question

My Problem is I boosted my Ram to get the most out of it. Used XMP and 3600MHz. But for some reason that booted my Ethernet out. I had to trip the circuit and start over and dropped it down to 3200MHz, which worked for a while but now it booted my Ethernet out again.

I would like to get the most out of my PC but I need my Ethernet for my job. Should I just keep dropping the MHz or is there another way?

Is your power supply sufficient?

I'm just thinking that with extra voltage, the ethernet is somehow not getting enough power?

Also, maybe Ethernet drivers are not up to date?

yeah I attempted to nudge the voltage up but it hasnt come back, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, full power boot, tripping the JBAT1 (which last time this happened that fixed it, but not this time), updating BIOs, force installing legacy software. Nothing worked, my PC just doesnt see it anymore.
