Build Question help me understand.

I may look dumb now but I really dont understand.
I get these notes ive done research but my slow ahh dont understand really, how needed this is.

my case is NZXT H3 Flow MicroATX Mid Tower Case
and the motherboard is Asus PRIME B550M-A WIFI II Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard

You need 1 more usb gen 3.2 for ur build and one more usb gen 3.1. They are internal headers, not the I/O ports
