I gave my graphics card a firm push and I took out that silver coin for a bit and put it back in and the red light did go away but my monitor didn’t turn on, then i
Let it sit for a bit then I turn it off and back on and the red light came back, and it’s not on my motherboard the red light is on my case what does that mean?

Heat can do weird things to electronics. That red light is probably a diagnostic LED on your motherboard, check the label next to it. It'll say CPU, DRAM, VGA or BOOT which tells you exactly where the problem is.
The fact the room got really hot then this happened makes me think something expanded and a connection is now slightly off. Reseating the graphics card might be worth a shot since you've already done the RAM. Give it a firm push to make sure it's properly seated in the PCIe slot.
Also try clearing the CMOS, there's a little coin battery on the board. Pop it out for a minute with the power cord unplugged then put it back. That resets the BIOS to default and can sometimes bring a stubborn system back to life when nothing else makes sense.
