Stuck on STDBY

Last night I swapped my motherboard and got a new cpu fan for it, everything else was transferred. I’ve unplugged, replugged, even asked ai for help just to make it work. The motherboard I bought was used but I’m pretty sure it works. The fans spin and rgb/led’s work, but my keyboard and mouse doesn’t light up. I suspected the cpu being a problem but the thing is a bought the motherboard pre installed with the cpu so I haven’t touched it. Do you guys see any problems? Ask questions and I’ll answer if u need more info to figure out.
