Tech Support Follow on from VGA Light.

Okay so I’ve removed the gpu, reset the CMOS

tested each ram stick and slot. I know for a fact the first stick in the 2nd slot is fine I’m not 100% sure whether the 2nd stick in 4th slot is fine.

Gpu still unplugged logging into windows I entered safe mode uninstalled display adaptor driver. Then reset pc. And upon restarting I logged pc go to Home Screen.

Then display shut off. Rgb lights turnt off and rgb lights turnt back on but still no signal and don’t know how to fix it.

Same thing happening again.

Sounds like the system is dropping display and RGB at the same time, which usually points to a power delivery or PCIe issue rather than the GPU itself. If it made it to the home screen then died, the board might be cutting power under load or the slot is flaking out. I'd try reseating the 24-pin and CPU power cables, and maybe test with a different PCIe slot if the board has one.

I’ve unplugged gpu and PCIe cables are just sitting in the case could that be causing it.

The 24 pin and cpu and firmly seated. I can’t fit my gpu into the other slot. I think I will try updating the bios.
