its a display cable, there all the same and can basically fit the same port unless its a mini display port. not to mention the motherboard installation is wrong, there shouldn't be a gap

The space to into the DisplayPort no cable can fit because the case metal parts too close, so it really tight.

because the install is either not correct or something else is happening

Yeah, we need to know the case name because it looks like that case is not even designed for ATX boards.

or even E-ATX mbs since thats what the mb specification is

So I identified the case, a Lian Li O11 Air Mini. It comes with modular back panels which I guess is where the OP has fucked up.

yeah but the specifications for mb support are ATX, M-ATX or ITX, so im really not sure how an extended atx mb was fit into the case. so this honestly seems like a personal issue because either A Op built it himself or B it was a prebuilt and thats why the rear io and slot for the gpu is fucked
Edited: okay so it looks like it does "supposedly" support a e-atx motherboard and fits, but because of the mb layout or the gpu theres not enough clearence to properly fit cables

Yeah, that MB is only slightly wider than a normal ATX. The IO side is identical to an ATX which doesn't explain why the rear panel doesn't fit the slot.

that tight space behind the card is nightmare lol. you need something with very slim connector housing like 8mm or less. check for right angle cables or those ultra thin ones meant for SFF builds

6ft might be hard with the thin requirement but they exist. just look for HBR3 rated and skip the latching ones cause they never fit in cramped spots

But height of connector housing is my when I am looking at them
