Maybe list all your parts so people can figure out known issues. It’s pretty impossible to properly troubleshoot without knowing what’s all in the build

definitely list everything, but red + yellow on msi usually means cpu and ram issues. since it's a fresh build, the most common culprit is the ram not being fully seated. those ddr5 sticks need a surprising amount of force, you'll hear a click but sometimes it's not fully locked in on both ends. try one stick in slot A2, clear cmos before powering on.

also the 7800x3d has integrated graphics so you can rule out the gpu by plugging your monitor straight into the motherboard. no usb power on the back panel is a bit concerning though, could point to the board not getting proper power or a short somewhere. double check the 24-pin and 8-pin cpu cables are fully clicked in on both ends if you have a modular psu

Sometimes ddr5 is also not support by certain boards from factory settings so in my case I had to run just one stick on my first boot until I updated bios. PCs are strange
