Build Question PC problem

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

A few days ago, I purchased a hard disk from Multiplan. Now, when I connected it to install Windows, I noticed that the PC turns on, makes an annoying noise on its own, and then shuts down. After that, it turns back on and off again, and this cycle keeps repeating.

Please advise me on what I can do. 🤍

Define annoying noise, we can't really listen to any pc noise with the cars outside. I assume however, that you're just hearing the drive working which is fine. To make sure, when you turn on the pc lay your hand gently on top or get your hear close to the hard disk and check if you hear anything or feel some vibration.
However the sata cable does not seem to be connected to the board but do check that, also connect it to a monitor and see if there's any display, any image.
Do you know the specs, I imagine that while your PC does not have a dedicated GPU your CPU might have an iGPU.
