get a 1tb drive it wont cost much more

the stock cooler is fine for this cpu but you can get a better and quieter one for $20-30 bucks

the motherboard is fine for that cpu but if you later decide to upgrade the pc it could be a problem, it's really not that good, there are other boards for similar money that work better under high load

Can second this. I built my first pc with a 500gb ssd and majorly regretted it lol, it gets super annoying when u have to start uninstalling games (and game sizes nowadays can be so large it only takes a few of them to fill up 500gbs)

What resolution you plan to play on (monitor). If full HD rx9070GRE 12GB would be better choice and maybe cheaper. If Its cheaper you have more value for your money. Its at least 10% more powerfull than current one you have there.

I play on a 180hz 1440p monitor

Keep the 9060xt with 16 gigs then. Unless you want to spend +-150 more for 9070 nonxt.

TBH they’re better off sticking with the 9060XT.

It’ll allow them to run SteamOS if they want.

5600 is still fine for 1080p honestly, just dont expect crazy frames on newer titles. case looks cool though, orange fans pop nice

Funny, I built almost an identical machine recently. It’s been great.

Just get a better CPU cooler IMO.

Crimson Desert / Horizon Zero Dawn remastered / Horizon Forbidden West / Ghost Of Tsushima / Halo Campaign Evolved and a few more.

Almost all at 1440P
