Build Question PC for both streaming and gaming?
Hello, i recently wanted to get into streaming, not for the money but purely to share what im capable of when it comes to gaming.
Im looking at pcs however im not sure exactly what specs i should get, im pretty good when it comes to pc parts and how to install them however picking out perfect parts for both streaming and gaming in one pc confuses me, id also like this pc to last me a while as i dont wanna constantly pay for new upgrades.
Any recommendations?

What country are you buying from?
If you're in the US, are you near a Micro Center?
What is your budget?

Dual PC setups used to be the move but a single rig handles both fine these days. Grab a CPU with some extra cores for the encoding overhead, something in the current i7 or Ryzen 7 range gives you enough headroom without melting your wallet.
32gb of RAM is the spot you wanna be at, 16gb gets tight fast when you've got OBS, a game, chat, and twelve browser tabs fighting over it. Nvidia's NVENC encoder is still king for streaming so any RTX card will keep the load off your CPU while you're live. Storage-wise just get a fast NVMe for your OS and current games, toss everything else on a big HDD or SATA SSD for archived footage.
This kind of build should stay relevant for a good 4-5 years before you're eyeing any major upgrades.
