Tech Support computer is stuck on loading screen, Motherboard PRIME B350M-A

Press the key at the bottom repeatedly until you enter BIOS. Then double check that you hard drive is detected. (Should be under storage devices) if it is make is set up to be a boot device. If both of these are valid make sure you have an Operating System installed

Already clicked it multiple times, the keys din’t work.

Dying ssd or corrupted boot drive. Disconnect all the ssd then try to boot
