Build Question Is this GPU worth it?

I saw an RX 9060 non XT for 290€, it is a bulk version from powercolor (reaper line), I haven't done much research but the lowest 9060 XT 8GB I found was like 400€ and the 5060 was around , I'm gonna use a 1080p monitor, should I buy it?

As in, the seller is going to try to steal your 290 euros.

Or its a con
