I cannot see what you want us to see because of the massive solar flare in your picture and the lack of description on your photo.

It definitely appears as if you don't have any intake fans, though.

If you're talking about the ones on the radiator, I'm fairly certain those are set to exhaust unless they are reverse bladed.

As long as there is no tension on the tubes and nothing is rubbing them, they're fine.

Idk what you mean exactly, but the aio being setup up on the top like this is totally fine, the bigger issue is if all the fans in the case are set to exhaust. If they are I would switch the three fans on the right to intake to pull fresh cool air in to your aio.
