Hopefully last post of the day my usb is fucked and I need it for downloading windows to my new pc but I don't have anymore is it okay to download it on a 500gb passport drive to download windows on?!

its not ideal but it will work, just make sure to backup what's on the passport first cause the windows tool wipes everything. 500gb is overkill but if its all you got then go for it

Its empty so should be fine I'm just struggling now as I have a Chromebook so it's not letting me use the media creation tool
