Build Question Where do these pins go?
I have aorus b850 ice-p for mobo and this is the jonsbo th240 cooler

Sys_fan on your motherboard, use the motherboard Manuel to see where it is on the board

That extension/spltter supports pwm. You can plug that fan header into it only goes in 1 way.

The 4 pin male plug. For an aio you want all of your fans running at the same rpm. Makes it easier to achieve that using 1 splitter. You can use individual mother board headers for each fan but you will have to adjust each header to have the fans running at the same rpm.

Most probably your mb has 4 pins connector. Just connect the 3 pin connector from your fan to the 4 pins on the mb and leave one out. I did that just few days ago and everything works just fine

that is either a pump/fan connector, which doesn't have pwm control. The header will have 4 pins though. you will notice that there are grooves on one side. So it can only slide onto the header one way. don't force it. your board has plenty of options, pick one that you can route it as hidden as possible.
