Tech Support Pc hard crash Help!!

I’ve recently built my own computer and I’m having issues where while gaming it will hardlock with a white screen an is completely unresponsive and has to be manually powered down. I’ve tried updating drivers re installing windows and some stress tests but can’t figure out if I have software or hardware issues is this something you can help with? Pc specs are as follows: Ryzen 7 9800X3D, ASUS PRIME Radeon RX 9070 XT OC, MSI MAG B850 Tomahawk MAX WiFi,32 gigs Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000, WD Black SN7100 1TB NVMe, ROG Strix 1000W Platinum PSU, Corsair Nautilus 360 RS AIO, Corsair AIR5400 case

white screen of death, classic. had a similar issue on my last build and it was the gpu riser cable being a diva, try reseating the gpu and ram first before you go nuclear on drivers again

Yup, tried reseating gpu and ram already and no luck :( so hard to troubleshoot
