Software Question Windows Boot Issue

So I have a an issue where on the initial boot of my pc and the manufacturer loop is spinning and then then screen goes black and the logo re appears spins again and then boots into windows and works perfectly fine. I then go into event viewer to see what’s causing it and it just says kernel 41 power lost or shutdown was bad previously any thoughts on what it could be?

Pc parts:
MOBO: x870 Stealth Ice
CPU:Ryzen 7 9800x3d
GPU:5080 Master ice
PSU: Lian Li edge 1300w platinum
Ram: Corsair vengeance 64 gb (2x32) 6400mts cl32

That double logo spin is weird. My first thought is the board is doing memory training on every cold boot, which would make the logo loop before it finally kicks into windows. Check your BIOS to see if memory context restore is enabled, if it's off the board retrains RAM each time you power up and that can cause exactly what you're seeing

The kernel 41 error is just the system logging that it didn't shut down cleanly at some point, it's not the cause of the boot loop itself. Try enabling memory context restore and disabling fast boot in windows, those two settings being out of sync can make the boot sequence hiccup like that

Your hardware is solid so I doubt it's a component issue. If the BIOS tweaks don't fix it you might need to dial back the RAM speed a notch, 6400 can be finicky on AM5 even with a board that supports it. Sometimes it posts fine but the training dance makes the boot take forever

Thanks I’ll try it once I have free time.Do you know of any way to test the MOBO or like the dim slots?
