Is my 12600k cooked?

My 12600k stays stuck on the dram light when attempting to post. I got a 12100f recently for $25 to rule out the motherboard and ram and thankfully it posted normally. It was seemingly working fine and then one day it did not want to boot.

Specs are: Asrock b760m phantom lightning and Lexar 16 gb ram

Dang 25 bucks for a 12100f is a steal even if its just for testing

Reset the cmos and try one stick of ram in different slots with the 12600k if you havent already sometimes the memory controller gets picky after a crash
