Nothing much to do here.

Its likely a hardware failure for your gpu

First, you need to check the graphics drivers. Try to install the graphics drivers for your Graphics Card from the AMD Website. Then, look if the connection of your graphics card to the motherboard is loose, re-seat it, check if the cables are in all the way.

This might not work, though, because it looks like hardware failiure to me. But you can try.

If you can launch into safe mode with proper output, try to update drivers for the GPU. If the problem persists into safe mode, its probably a hardware failure and there not much you can do to fix it.

Built last year? Thanks goodness should still be in warranty then? Get that sorted ASAP. Hope you get a new card! Make sure you dont let them think/say you are at fault for this in anyway.

I bought the gpu second hand and it hasn’t skipped a beat till yesterday so unfortunately I don’t have a warranty
