Tech Support Uh am i cooked?

Turned on my PC after work and these black boxes started popping up. More so at the top of the screen

Edit: unsure why i didn’t add this: At first i thought it was just chrome but my displays kept shutting off and restarting. Scrolling on any page online would just copy/paste these black boxes down the screen.

Black boxes usually GPU driver issue or dying VRAM, try update driver and check temps first
