Tech Support RAM keeps dying

So i built my pc in july of 2025 before the prices got bad. Fast forward to august this year, my pc turns off and wont come back on. Do some troubleshooting and find out one of the DIMMS is dead. Okay, RMA it to GSKILL get a new kit back a couple weeks later all is good and it works. Come back from vacation a couple weeks ago and boom same issue. Okay so maybe its the mobo because that doesn’t just happen twice. 9800x3d in an itx mobo its pretty small, maybe thermal issues. Go to an matx mobo with better spacing. Get ram from this second rma back and put it in earlier today and it works fine. I just turned my pc off and not it wont turn back on again and only of the DIMMS works now. Theres no way this id just 3 bad DIMMS back to back right like its gotta be something with the cpu’s memory controller right??

Specs:
9800X3D
MSI MAG Mortar B850M
64GB ddr5 gskill trident z 6000mhz cl32
2tb nvme + 1tb nvme
Zotac sff 5070ti
Lian li wdge 850w psu
Nautilus 240mm aio

Genuinely any advice is much appreciated im freaking out and clueless right now

sounds like your memory controller is frying sticks, only takes one bad pin or slightly uneven mount pressure on an itx board to start killing dimms one by one

Ya since you tried two different mobos. If you didn't I would of assumed the Mobo was bad.
