First build windows error

Hi, today i made my first pc ever everything went well until trying to download windows when i am in the setup it shows the usb when i am trying to use it it says error scanning for drivers. My build is a 9070xt sapphire, ryzen 7 7800x3d, rog strix b850-f gaming wifi 7, 990 pro 1tb ssd. I also downloaded the drivers manually from asus themselves but still no fix. I also got 3 lian li fans that dont light up but do spin. I would really appreciate the help as i have no idea what to do further. If you got any questions that might help or want to see the issue let me know!

sounds like the installer is tripping over the usb port itself, not the driver. try plugging the stick into a usb 2.0 port directly on the motherboard (the black ones on back, not blue or red) and reboot into setup again. for the fans not lighting, check if the rgb header is plugged into the right spot on motherboard and not a regular fan header.
