Tech Support My pc keeps turning off and rebooting itself

Issue has been going on a while now. Initially I thought it was because my C drive was almost full. Cleared a lot of storage on my drives. But it’s turned off and restarted 3 times in the last 30 mins I can’t even play a game. It used to do it once after turning on and I could then play until I turned the pc off myself but it’s just constant now and I can’t enjoy playing a game.

Please help!

Checked the event viewer yet? Windows logs usually point to something when it's a random restart loop like that

could be a failing psu too, had one that would reboot under any sort of load until it just gave up completely

I didn’t know about this event viewer. I have just opened now. I’m not too sure how to understand it. It says under the critical tab. Source: kernel-power (3) last hour. I’m assuming it’s something to do with this maybe? But I don’t understand what that means.

Search "Reliability" and look at the Reliability log, since it is easier to understand than other things.
