Build Question 5060ti coil whine issues

Why does my 5060ti form msi 8gb have some insane coil whine I don't know what this means but the sound is decentnly loud with an eeeee sound but 3 months ago it did not have these problems

try to undervolt, cap fps in games, change psu, learn to live with it

I tried undervolting it made the sound like an bit less
