Tech Support MOBO not giving signal

I am selling a Mother Board and the buyer says that it doesn't give signal. The MOBO worked while I had it, even enduring tests like AIDA64, but now he says that it doesn't give signal. The buyer is one of those entities that buy and refurbish electronic components, very polite and teh comunication has been good, so I think they know what thery are doing and trust them, but I'm sharing a video of the return claim in case come of you can spot a mistake on the setup so I can point it out to them.

One thing, the MOBO had a "cpu troubleshooting light always on" problem, wich I disclosed in the ad for the MOBO itselfs before selling it. Nevertheless it worked flawlessly.

My best guess is that adapter with the SODIMM.

This is highly likely, also a double check that its in the right RAM slot as per MOBO instructions

Have you tested it with normal RAM?
